WHY AM I HERE?
As a young gymnast, Dr. Marissa relied on a chiropractor who helped her overcome injuries in her early competition years. It was the care that she received that ultimately allowed her to follow her dreams and compete as a Division 1 gymnast at Boise State University. This experience is what made her realize that she wanted to have the same impact on other athletes throughout their athletic career. After graduating from Boise State with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Dr Marissa went on to attend National University of Health Sciences where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Marissa has experience in various aspects of chiropractic care. Her greatest passion has always been and continues to be helping athletes return to and maintain peak performance, reduce future injury, and lead a healthy lifestyle!
