WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You should wear or bring comfortable clothing to your appointment. Examples of this would be athletic shorts, t-shirts or tank tops.

Who and When We Treat

DO I NEED A REFERRAL FOR CHIROPRACTIC OR ACUPUNCTURE?

No, you do not need a referral to be seen at Impact Sports Rehab and Chiropractic.

IF I GET TREATED ONCE, WILL I HAVE TO BE TREATED FOREVER?

No! Our goal at Impact Sports Rehab and Chiropractic is to get you out of pain, return you to function, and then teach you how to stay healthy. We want to get you back to doing what you love as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves in getting you better quickly or referring you to the specialist you need.
Other Questions

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

We do take insurance! We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield , AETNA, and United Healthcare. Other ways to pay include ChiroHealth USA and cash/credit. If you have a health savings account (HSA), a flex spending account (FSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), you can use that to pay for your visit. If you have any questions, or would like a further explanation of how you can use ChiroHealth USA please let us know!

DO YOU TAKE X-RAYS?

No, we do not have an x-ray machine in the office nor do we utilize it for diagnostic purposes. At Impact Sports Rehab and Chiropractic we have a movement based approach to our practice so it would not alter how we would address your problem in most cases.

However, if you suffered a traumatic accident, we find something during your history and examination where imaging (i.e., x-ray, CT scan, MRI) is warranted, or we're not meeting expected progress, we will make the referral for imaging accordingly. In some cases, it's important to get an imaging study to determine whether or not treatment is viable.
